Due to the volume of orders, products can go out of stock before we are able to post notification on our website. While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. In the rare event that this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible in order to arrange for a substitute product of the equivalent price. You shall be entitled to reject the substitute product in which case we will arrange to refund the purchase price to you as soon as possible.
We endeavour to process and dispatch orders within 7-10 working days, providing the relevant security checks have been met and payment processed. In exceptional circumstances and when an order needs to be specially ordered, please allow up to 30 days for delivery, however in these instances, we will make sure you are kept updated. If the delay is likely to be significantly longer than this we will contact you to inform you of an approximate delivery date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.
6. PLACING AN ORDER
Once you have submitted an order we will send you a confirmation email confirming the products ordered and the price. Your payment will be taken via the Barclaycard secure server. This is not an order acceptance at this stage. Once we receive the order, we have the right to cancel or refuse it. Below are examples of some of these considerations that we have to make:
– We will need to confirm that the payment is authorised.
– It will be assessed to determine if it is potentially fraudulent.
– We must be confident that the requested delivery address is secure and legitimate.
The products ordered will be checked to make sure they are available to despatch and that the price on the order is correct. Once your order has been processed, payment cleared and despatched, we will send you a final email confirming your order has been accepted and that we are completing the contract.
All orders are fully insured. A signature will be required to acknowledge your receipt of the order. Please make arrangements for someone you trust to be available at the delivery address so that they can acknowledge receipt of your order. If there is no-one present at the delivery address, the courier may leave it with a neighbour or leave you a “sorry we missed you” card with details of how to collect / arrange a redelivery for your item
Goods that may need to be ordered specially from our suppliers to fulfil your order may take longer. We will advise you of the expected delivery time of such items. If this is not suitable to you, you may request a refund or exchange as set out in Cancellation and Returns.
